Pacific Polymers® Elasto-Poxy Primer WB is a fast drying, two- component water based epoxy primer for use with Elasto-Deck 5000 polyurethane based deck coating systems and Elasto-Deck 6500 traffic coating systems. The product is low odor and is non- flammable. Elasto-Poxy Primer WB will set up to form a sound surface for polyurethanes to adhere to, and has excellent adhesion to concrete and wood.
