Pacific Polymers® Elasto-Poxy Primer VOC is a two-component, solvent based VOC compliant epoxy resin based primer for use with the Elasto-Deck 5000 and Elasto-Deck BT systems, Elasto-Mat D&G, Elasto-Deck 6500 and joints sealants. The primer is used on concrete, wood and metal substrates. It may also be used as an interlaminary primer for deck and membrane re-coats._x000D_
