Stretch Factor:
- Metal Roof Restoration Materials Lists: Panel rib configuration has been fixed at 15%, this factor may need to be increased or decreased depending on the panel rib configuration.
- Single-ply Roof Restoration Materials Lists: Waste has been preset at 5%. Single-ply seams may require repair or reinforcement, this calculator does not take seams into consideration.
- Asphalt Roof Restoration Materials Lists: Waste has been preset at 5%. Asphalt seams may require repair or reinforcement, this calculator does not take seams into consideration.
Adhesion Test Note:
A key attribute for roof coatings is the bond achieved between the substrate and coating. Holcim highly recommend performing an adhesion test on roofs prior to the application of an ERSystems roof coating system. Performing these tests will help to ensure that the coating will adhere properly once installed.
